Events Committee

The UA Events Committee is responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of two of the biggest events on campus every year. In order to bring a successful Fall Festival and Spring Weekend to MIT, members of the committee will have responsibilities such as choosing the talent for the main weekend events, giving out funding to other MIT groups involved in the weekends, coming up with a unifying theme, advertising events, and recruiting volunteers. This committee works closely with the Student Activities Office to organize these events for the MIT community.
