Below is an overview of various funding sources available for undergraduate student groups and initiatives. Please email the listed contacts or ua-treasurer with any questions.

UA Finance Board ua-finboard November Regular funding for ASA Funded Student Groups that are primarily MIT undergraduate students.
Large Event Fund asa-treasurer 12/3/2010 Funds large campus-wide events. Large is defined as 150 or more people and total budgets of at least $2500.
Assisting Recurring Cultural and Diversity Events (ARCADE) asa-treasurer 12/3/2010 Funds campus-wide events with a cultural, ethnic, and/or diversity focus.
UA Senate Discretionary Fund ua-treasurer rolling Funds MIT undergraduate initiatives that haven't been funded (or funded sufficiently) from other sources. Generally difficult to obtain, other sources should be investigated first.
Club Sports Council csc-officers December Funds the 35+ competitive club sports teams.
Fresh Fund - new groups asa-groups TBD/rolling Provides small amounts of funds newly recognized ASA student groups for startup costs or initial events.
UA Fresh Fund - new initiatives ua-treasurer rolling Supports new student initiatives and projects.
Student Activities Office Supplementary Fund sao-staff rolling Provides additional funds for events and programs that need extra funds to happen.
Council of Arts Grants cohen@media 2/4/2011 Gives grants for arts projects.
Public Service Center Grants psc-grants rolling Grants of various sizes for many kinds of public services projects.
Baker Foundation baker_foundation rolling Grants for a wide range of projects and initiatives.
Weekends@MIT weekends rolling Funding for large Weekend events.
