This fall, there are a number of ways to get involved with the Undergraduate Association. Join us and help make an impact on campus!

Election Packets are due on Monday, September 13th: Senate | Class Council

Senate

  • Represent your living group's interests and voice their concerns
  • Collaboratively draft legislation to address campus problems & set the direction of the UA
  • Communicate with constituents and act as a resource for your living group

Run

  • Complete an election packet
  • Campaign in your living group once authorized

Class Councils

  • Organize events to promote class unity and develop a sense of class identity
  • Encourage participation in campus initiatives and connect classmates with key resources

Run

  • Complete an election packet & gather signatures from classmates
  • Campaign for your selected position once authorized

Executive Committees

  • Work individually or in small groups on a project of interest
  • Collaborate with administrators & other student leaders to realize your project
  • Wide array of activites: from event organization & program design to proposal generation & data analysis

Institute Committees

  • Represent undergraduates on the high-impact committees of the Institute
  • Meet regularly with administrators and prominent faculty
  • Communicate with the student body and collect feedback on Institute policies and programs

  • Send an e-mail to ua-nomcomm & interview with the Nominations Committee
