Judicial Board

The Undergraduate Association Judicial Board is in charge of interpreting the UA Constitution and Bylaws to ensure that the rules stated in these documents are followed both in letter and in spirit. The Board is called in to clarify disputed clauses. The Election Commission reports to the Judicial Board, as both must remain at arm's length from the general proceedings of the UA in order to remain impartial.
