Off-Campus Testing

Members of our Committee advocated for access to COVID-19 tests for off-campus students starting in the summer of 2020. On January 15, 2021, Chancellor Barnhart announced that students in the Greater Boston area could be tested up to once a week for free starting January 19.

COVID Hack

COVID Hack originated in Team Spaces, our team previously working on reutilizing outdoor spaces to be comfortable during New England winters. COVID Hack had four categories that students could come up with policy ideas within.

SHARP DIY Cookie Decorating Kits

One of Team IAP and Winter SHARP Support’s goals has been to increase the number of activities for SHARP students on campus post-Thanksgiving. They have been able to accomplish this in part through the distribution of DIY Cookie Decorating Kits.

Dorm Pod Program

Over the summer, our team on Dorms worked in conjunction with the Dormitory Council (DormCon) to implement a pilot pods program for SHARP students on campus. This pilot was successful and was introduced for students on campus for the Fall 2020 semester and beyond.
